• We currently deliver within Lugbe and across Abuja.
• Some products may have delivery restrictions depending on weight, size, or supplier availability.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Cluster (Local Delivery): 0 – 1 business days.
• Other Areas in Abuja: 1 – 2 business days.
• Remote Areas: 2 – 2 business days (depending on courier services).
• Same-day delivery may be available in select locations for eligible products (extra charges apply).

3. Shipping Rates

• Abuja (within city): From ₦500 – ₦1,500 (depending on location and order size within clusters).
• Other Areas: Rates vary based on courier service, package weight, and delivery address. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
• Free Delivery: On orders above ₦20,000 (Clusters only).

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
• You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

• If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, a re-delivery fee may apply.
• Please ensure your delivery details and phone number are accurate at checkout.

6. International Shipping

• At the moment, Malltiple does not offer international shipping. We are working towards expanding this service soon.
